⚽ Spring Goalie Academy Structure

​

The Spring Goalie Academy will run once per week and feature three

development levels, with placement determined by Tommy based on

ability, experience, and long-term potential.

🟢 Fresh Gloves (Beginner Level)

Perfect for goalkeepers new to the position or still building confidence.

 

Focus Areas:

Proper stance, footwork, and positioning

Safe catching techniques

Basic diving mechanics

Building confidence and comfort in goal

 

This level is all about foundations, fun, and learning the position the right way from day one.

 

🔵 Safe Hands (Intermediate Level)

For keepers with experience who want to sharpen their skills and consistency.

 

Focus Areas:

Shot stopping and handling under pressure

Improved footwork and recovery

Introduction to game-realistic scenarios

Better decision-making in the box

 

This group is about reliability, confidence, and becoming a goalkeeper your team can trust.

 

🟡 Golden Glove (Advanced Level)

Designed for experienced goalkeepers aiming for competitive and elite environments.

 

Focus Areas:

Advanced shot stopping and distribution

One-on-one situations and reaction speed

Command of the penalty area

Tactical awareness and mental performance

 

This level pushes keepers to train like high-level players, preparing them for competitive leagues and next-level opportunities.

🧤 Group Goalie Sessions $200 - 1 session per week (10 sessions in total)

Grouped by Tommy McGill in ability level

High-rep, focused goalkeeper-specific training

 

🔥 NEW: 3-on-1 Goalie Sessions with Tommy

$240 per player - 1 session per week (10 sessions in total)

Train with two likeminded soccer goalies

Semi-private, high-feedback environment

 

This option offers more touches, more feedback, and faster development — ideal for goalkeepers who want extra attention and accelerated growth.
